What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We mainly use Paypal for our official payment method, however you can easily pay with your Credit Card/Master Card by adding details in Paypal checkout section.
What is your refund policy?
Products are only available as a digital download. Unlike stand-alone software, presets once purchased cannot be deactivated and therefore we cannot offer refunds. How do I get product updates?
In order to get product updates, you need to be members of Filmslooks by registering as new member before your purchase or clicking on creating new account during your checkout. With these information, you will then able to login and get product updates in Download area in user control panel at the top right corner.
After-Payment Problems
How can I receive my download files?
After you finish the checkout, we’ll send you and email with all information concerned your purchase including the download link for the package. You can directly click to the link to download your files.
